We are proud to announce that our hotel rooms are equipped with fair-trade linen and towels, organic and fair-trade cosmetics and cleaning products, and compostable packaging for coffee and tea. Our kitchen is committed to using locally produced food, reducing food waste and accurate waste segregation. In our restaurant, about half of all our candles are electrically rechargeable and we use fair-trade linen or napkins made of naturally degradable materials. On our grounds, we have a charging station for electric cars, a butterfly strip, in-house wastewater treatment and solar collectors for hot water. Our hotel rooms in the meadow and water lodges are built with sustainable and recyclable materials. The rooms are also well insulated and electrically heated. Finally, we sell biodegradable toilet fluid for campers.
